These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the Universal Skills Lab platform and any course content purchased through it. Please read them carefully before creating an account or completing a purchase.
By accessing or using the Universal Skills Lab platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time, and your continued use following any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
To purchase and access course content, you must create an account with accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You may not share your account or transfer access to another person. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
Upon successful payment, you are granted a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to access and view the purchased course content for your own educational purposes. This license does not include the right to download, reproduce, redistribute, resell, or publicly display any course content. Lifetime access means access for as long as the platform and the course remain active.
All course purchases are processed securely through our payment provider. Prices are listed in USD and are subject to change. We offer a 7-day refund policy from the date of purchase, provided that less than 20% of the course content has been accessed. Refund requests can be submitted to info@universalskillslab.com. Approved refunds will be returned to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
You agree not to: use the platform for any unlawful purpose; attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the platform; copy, record, or redistribute course content; impersonate another user or person; introduce malware or harmful code; or engage in any conduct that disrupts or interferes with the platform's operation. Violation of these restrictions may result in immediate account termination without refund.
All course content, including video, audio, text, graphics, and materials, is owned by Universal Skills Lab or the respective course instructor and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws. The Universal Skills Lab name, logo, and branding are our trademarks and may not be used without prior written permission.
The platform and its content are provided on an "as is" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that results obtained from using the content will meet your expectations. Course content reflects the views and expertise of the instructors and does not constitute professional, medical, legal, or financial advice.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Universal Skills Lab and its officers, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform or course content. Our total liability for any claim arising from these terms shall not exceed the amount you paid for the course in question.
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the applicable jurisdiction. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in the applicable jurisdiction.
