Built from a belief that expertise deserves better access.
Universal Skills Lab began with a simple observation: the professionals we admired most — clinicians, entrepreneurs, communicators, leaders — had gained their most valuable knowledge through years of practice, mentorship, and failure. That knowledge rarely makes it into courses.
We set out to change the format. Not lecture-capture. Not slides with bullet points. Real practitioners. Real frameworks. Structured for how professionals actually learn.
Co-created, not just translated. Designed in English and Arabic for the contexts many learners work in.
The question was never whether experts had knowledge worth sharing. The question was whether that knowledge could actually reach the people who needed it.
